The doctors are available for home visits and local nursing home visits. Please phone the surgery after 8:30 am.

The Treatment Room

Essential care Family Medical Center is one of the state-of-the-art multidisciplinary facility, with a fully equipped treatment room.
The treatment room has two comfortable beds and a triage room providing a clean and welcoming environment to patients

Our Nurses

You will be taken care of by our registered nurses, who provide best quality of nursing care through efficient, respectful, safe and timely services to our patients.
Our nurses provide services such as vaccination, cryotherapy, dressing change, ear syringing and INR (and many more) in the treatment room.

Fees: The practice bulk bills whereas, non medicare - holders will incur a fee according to the consult level.

Reminder System: Our practice is committed to care. You have the option of registering to receive reminder notices regarding health care services appropriate to your care.

Getting results of any test or procedure: The doctors will advise you when they will expect results to arrive at time of consultations. Please phone the practice to find out if your results have arrived and to book in an appointment. Results should be discussed by either a phone call or in a person.

Feedback: We always welcome comments and suggestions regarding the care you receive at this practice. Please write to us or use our suggestion box. If your call is urgent, it will be attended accordingly on a priority basis.

Smoking Policy: This practice has a no smoking policy.

Telephoning your doctor: Doctors in this practice may be contacted by phone during normal surgery hours. If the doctor is in a consultation , a message will be taken and your call returned as soon as possible . if your call is urgent you will be always be put straight through to the doctor.
