Our clinic provides iron infusion services to the eligible patients. The consultations are by appointment only and may incur a private fee for the procedure. The first consultation will be with the general practitioner to determine eligibility and the second consultation will be for the administration of the iron infusion procedure.
Our clinic accepts referrals from the outside providers. When referring patients, the providers need to send the referral including the blood test results attached, including ferritin/iron studies, Full blood examination and other relevant tests.
For patients: Please allow at least 45-60mins in the clinic for the iron infusion procedure. Patients need to eat their normal meal prior to the appointment to minimise the possible gastric discomfort or other side effects. Therefore, this procedure doesn’t require fasting.
